Will I gain weight if i stop diet plan?
After reaching your target if you start to eat everything then of course u can gain weight for that we will provide you maintenance plan and that is included in our program
Do you give any medicine or powder supplements?
We believe in natural way to be healthy. So we don't recommend any powder or medicines .
How much weight loss will I achieve?
It depends on your metabolic rate ,your lifestyle, body type, medical condition . But usually person can lose minimum 1 kg per week by this diet plan
Do I need to do exercise along with diet plan?
Yes .it will help alot not necessary to join gym but atleast 45 minute of brisk walking, dance,zumba,aerobics for better results to keep your heart healthy u have to do cardio exercises.but yes again according to your medical condition we will guide you about exercises.
What payment modes available?
We have multiple payment options like Gpay, PhonePe, Bank Transfers, Paytm. We do not have partial payment facility available.
